2 cups plain yogurt
1 sm cucumber peeled &
shredded
2 cloves garlic mashed
1 teaspoon onion grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
salt & pepper to taste
Drain yogurt & cucumber in cheesecloth-lined colander for several hours. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with pita bread.
